Yesterday (2008-03-24), Shaan Hurley announced the availability of AutoCAD 2009 and AutoCAD LT 2009, via free download (30 day fully functioning trial versions) from the Autodesk web site:
Both products officially start shipping today - 2008-03-25.

Is there any reason we can't try to work with your new version of LT in our region? Czech republic - EUROPE.
I like very much the new feature I red about. The DGN V7 compatibility. Exists any way we can obtain the trial version from our reseller? Or help me any other way.

As far as I am aware the "AutoCAD (LT) 2009 30-Day Trial Download" links I gave in the above blog post are only valid for people living in Canada and the USA.
Have you tried the Autodesk Czech Republic web site:
http://www.autodesk.com/hmpgs/cz.asis
I would also recommend contacting your local reseller and see if they can offer any assistance.
If you still experience no joy, you could try contacting Autodesk eg
