AUGI would like to announce a change in leadership

AUGI News Recently, 2008 President, Chris Lindner, made the difficult decision to resign from his position as President for personal reasons. Chris will remain on the Board and complete his term.

Chris states:

AUGI is enjoying exciting growth and opportunities at this time. I have been unable to commit the focused time and leadership that I feel the Board and the organization needs at this time. For this reason, I have chosen to step aside.

The Board, acting under the leadership of Sr. VP Richard Binning, responded quickly to the news holding an emergency board meeting to elect a new President to ensure continuity of current projects underway. The new slate of officers for the remainder of 2008 is listed below:

  • President: Mark W. Kiker
  • Sr. Vice President: Richard Binning
  • Vice President: Bill Adams
  • Secretary: Larry Swinea
  • Treasurer: John Morgan

The AUGI Board of Directors continues to be committed to AUGI as “one vibrant global community that fosters collaboration to empower members and enriches knowledge of Autodesk solutions, advancing productivity and effectiveness, at a justifiable cost”.
