Autodesk Inventor 2008 Service Pack 3 is an incremental update.

You must install Autodesk Inventor 2008 and apply SP1 and SP2, before you can install Autodesk Inventor 2008 Service Pack 3. This service pack updates Autodesk Inventor Suite 2008, Autodesk Inventor Routed Systems Suite 2008, Autodesk Inventor Simulation Suite 2008 and Autodesk Inventor Professional 2008 for all languages.
